Thanks to the obtainment of certifications and continuous specific refresher courses, the staff is qualified to enter data on the systems and terminals of airlines, such as SABRE, CargoNet – QIK, Mosaic, Pelican, IB Net, and BA80.
It coordinates with airlines, airports, physical handlers and ramp agents, deals with AAMS data entry, NOTOC (Notification to Captain) and flight demonstration.
Our staff have diplomas in specialization in tariffs and regulations IATA, dangerous goods (DGR) and live animal transport (AVI). Theyalso attended airport security and airport license courses and is equipped with a badge to access airport warehouses and ramps.
